罗耶大厅 is a three-story co-ed residence hall which houses approximately 108 music 学生. All rooms have a sink and are furnished with beds, desk space, chairs, and wall shelves built in drawers, closet and extra storage. 罗耶独有的设施 Hall include Exclusive access to 9 practice rooms with acoustical panels, small ensemble rehearsal space, access to the Division of 音乐 Listening Lab, specialized programming and activities for music 学生 and conveniently located across the street from the Performing and Visual 艺术 Center, provides close access to band and choir room 设施. Located conveniently on campus is the University Apartment Complex. 大学 Apartments are designed as a comfortable transition between living in the residence halls and independent living after graduation. 每间公寓家具齐全 and includes a kitchen area complete with appliances, living room, two bedrooms, and bathroom shared between the two residents per apartment. 大学公寓 are a great choice if you are seeking an autonomous lifestyle. 建于1999年 two-bedroom apartments accommodate a total of forty-eight apartments. 大学 Apartments are located near the University Center, and within a short walking distance 所有主要的教学楼. The Apartments combine the convenience of being on campus with an independent and relaxed atmosphere.

资格

If you’re a full-time student, you may apply to live in the 大学公寓. Offers are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.

大学公寓 requires year-round rental payment.  你必须付房租 the summer to reserve your apartment for the Fall and Spring.   学生的选择 not to pay rent for both the Summer I and Summer II terms must vacate his/her assigned apartment, forfeits the right to retain a University Apartment for the upcoming fall semester, and must reapply for apartment for the upcoming fall.

Residents of the apartments are required to purchase a meal plan. 除了 standard meal plan options, the University offers apartment residents a special option. Residents may choose to purchase a block of meals for the semester along with Declining 信贷余额(DCB).
